One of the hallmark features in a learning organization is frequent sharing of information. While this trait is not unique to organizations with strong knowledge management programs, information sharing is essential to KM success. Our presenter, a “natural networker,” will share tips and techniques to building a professional network. He will also talk about the role of networks within learning organizations, and the role that information sharing can play in professional and organizational success.
